Research Focus

Dr. Benson's laboratory researches toxicological evaluations of inhaled materials including single compounds and complex mixtures of occupational and environmental concern. Dr. Benson laboratory conducts toxicokinetic and toxicity studies as well as mechanistic evaluations underlying the toxicity of a variety of materials including metals, solvents, polymers, and natural products.
